4. Recognition, awards, certificates, or honours are granted based on the applicable evaluation and selection criteria.
5. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, nomination, or recognition.
6. The organizing team reserves the right to reject or withdraw a nomination if any information is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or misleadingly presented.
7. Any applicable registration, participation, certification, or award-related fees must be paid according to the communicated terms.
8. Fees paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable payment or event policy.
9. Selected participants may be featured in Business Honour promotional materials, publications, websites, social media, or related communications, subject to applicable permissions.
10. Business Honour reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any program, event, category, or recognition process when necessary.
11. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submitted content does not violate any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
12. By participating, applicants acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the final decisions of the organizing team.
